Every paid RebookMedia plan includes a professional website hosted on a RebookMedia subdomain, so you can begin building your online presence without purchasing a separate domain. If you already own a domain, or decide to purchase one later, you also have the option to connect it and use your own branded web address.

You can start by selecting one of our available website templates and customizing it with your business information, contact details, and brand style. Your website is directly integrated with the photography categories, services, and portfolio you manage in your RebookMedia account. When you add a new service, update your portfolio, or make changes to a supported category, those updates are automatically reflected on your website, helping keep your online presence accurate and up to date without requiring you to update the same information in multiple places.

1. Choose a website template

From your RebookMedia dashboard, go to Website and browse the available starter templates.

1. Select Website from the left menu.

2. Browse our available templates and select the design that best represents your style.
3. Select "Use Template", enter a template name and click on "Create Template".
4. Under "My Templates" you will see the template you have selected, click on the Publish Checkmark to publish it.
5. Click on "Open Website" to see your new created website.

2. Customize your website

Use the website builder to customize your website’s appearance and content. Depending on your selected template, you can update:

• Images and page content
• Colors and design settings
• Navigation
• Homepage sections
• Contact information
• Social media links

1. Under My Templates, click on the Edit icon for the Website you'd like to update.

2. This will launch the Website Builder, used to edit your website pages, sections, components, properties and styles.

• Pages: This is where you find all the pages for your website template you've selected, here you can select, view, rename, delete and add new pages to your website.
• Sections: Use Sections to easily add pre-built functions to your website, here you will find RebookMedia Built-in Sections to quickly add dynamic categories, services, portfolio and contact forms. Bootstrap allow you add non-dynamic sections.
• Components: Use Components to add images, forms and form fields, tables, buttons, video, audio and many other components to your pages.
• Properties: Use Properties to manage the details of a selected header, container, image, text, etc.
• Top Nav & Save Page Action: Use this section to Undo and Redo changes, preview your website in under simulated devices like desktop, mobile, tablet; upload media files, restore and save page changes.
• Edit Area: Use the Edit Area to quickly edit your website, you can select and update text, edit images, add sections and components.

Preview your changes as you work to make sure your website represents your brand.

4. Add your portfolio and services

Select the portfolio images you want potential clients to see and make sure your photography categories are up to date.

If you accept online bookings, create your services and configure the information clients need before booking.

5. Review your website

Before publishing, preview your website on both desktop and mobile. Confirm that:

You can continue updating your content and design after your website has been published.

Creating Your Website

Getting started with your professional business website means creating a strong online presence that actually drives business. With RebookMedia, you can launch a clean, branded website to highlight your portfolio, services, and experience, while giving clients an easy way to find you, contact you, and book your services. Follow the easy steps below to create template and publish your website.

Step 1 - Website Management

Open your dashboard and under the Website section, click on Manage.

Step 2 - Create a New Template

Click on "New Template", browse for template, type a "Template Name" and click "Create".

Step 3 - Publish Your Template

To publish your new template click on the "Publish" icon.

Step 4 - Launch Your Website

Click on "Open Website" to launch your updated website. Congratulations your new website is LIVE!

How to connect your domain

Connecting your custom domain (like yourstudio.com) allows your RebookMedia website to live on your own branded web address. This helps build trust, improve SEO, and present a more professional experience to clients.

Step 1 - Choose Your Domain

Make sure you already own a domain through a provider such as GoDaddy, Google Domains, Namecheap, or similar.
Example: yourstudio.com

Step 2 - Update Your Custom Domain Field in RebookMedia

1. Login to your RebookMedia dashboard
2. Go to Website Section → Manage → Settings
3. Enter Your custom domain under "Your custom domain" field (example: yourstudio.com) and Save

Step 3 - Update Your DNS Records

Log into your domain registrar and locate your DNS Management area.
