How to add Trust & Safety for Photographers?

At RebookMedia, we’re committed to building a trusted community where both photographers and clients feel safe, respected, and confident working together. We believe that professional photography thrives in an environment built on transparency, security, and mutual trust.

To achieve this, we implement strict safety measures, verification processes, and clear guidelines that protect both parties while ensuring a seamless experience. Our Verified Pro Program, secure payment system, and on-platform messaging all help create a professional and trustworthy space for collaboration.

We also encourage clear communication, well-defined agreements, and the use of legally binding contracts through our Dropbox Sign integration when necessary. Whether you’re a photographer showcasing your work or a client booking a professional, RebookMedia provides the tools and safeguards needed to ensure every interaction is safe, secure, and successful.

Verified Pro Program

To help build trust with potential clients, we encourage photographers to apply for the Verified Pro Badge.
Verified Pros undergo a background screening and business verification, providing clients with added confidence when booking your services.

Using Contracts for Extra Protection

To set up and use contracts, you’ll need to create an account with Dropbox Sign, where you can manage your contract templates. Once your account is set up, you can seamlessly utilize our Dropbox Sign integration to send and manage contracts directly through RebookMedia.

For large projects or custom agreements, we recommend using contracts to outline project details, payment terms, and client expectations.

Use our built-in HelloSign integration (a Dropbox company) to create, send, and manage legally binding contracts directly from your RebookMedia account.
✅ Get client signatures electronically before starting work for added security and peace of mind.
✅ Keep all agreements in one place to protect both you and the client.

Having a signed contract ensures both parties are aligned and helps prevent misunderstandings.

Staying Safe on RebookMedia

Keep all communication on-platform — this protects both you and your client and ensures there’s a record of your agreements.
Clearly outline your Terms & Cancellation Policy so clients understand your expectations around refunds, reschedules, and deliverables before booking.
If you receive any suspicious, inappropriate, or unprofessional messages, report them directly to the RebookMedia team.

Handling Cancellations & Disputes

Always document agreements, changes, and key discussions through the RebookMedia messaging system.
If a client cancels, the cancellation policy you provided will apply.
In the event of a dispute, photographers and clients are expected to work directly with each other to find a fair resolution.
RebookMedia will only step in to assist if both parties are unable to reach an agreement and request escalation.

Protecting Your Work

Use watermarks if needed, but avoid excessive branding that detracts from the quality of your images.
Always deliver final files through RebookMedia to maintain a clear record of delivery.
