How Clients Book You

• Clients can browse your profile and portfolio.
• They can send you a direct message to ask questions or request a quote.
• Once you agree on the details and pricing, the client can confirm and pay for the booking directly on RebookMedia.

Managing Your Bookings

Your Photographer Dashboard shows all your:

• Pending booking requests
• Confirmed bookings
• Completed projects
• Cancelled projects

You’ll also see key details like:

• Client contact info
• Service type
• Agreed price and payment status
• Terms & Cancellation Policy (which you define)

Updating or Cancelling a Booking

If you need to modify or cancel a booking, you can do so from the project page in your dashboard. Be sure to communicate clearly with the client through the messaging system.

Messaging with Clients

All communication should stay within RebookMedia. This helps protect both you and the client, and ensures all agreements and conversations are documented.
