Adding and managing projects with RebookMedia is simple and efficient. Projects are designed to handle your entire workflow in one place, allowing you to manage bookings, contracts, invoicing, payments, and final delivery from a single, organized dashboard.





Adding a Project

Projects can be added from your main dashboard or projects page.


Main Dashboard

From your main dashboard, scroll down to the Opened Projects section.


  1. Click on Add Project → Yes to confirm

  1. Click on Add New Project → Yes to confirm



Project Details

The Project Details page is your central hub for managing every aspect of a project. Here, you can select the client, category, services, and set the project cost. From this same page, you can trigger contracts, send invoices, schedule visits, record payments, and request client reviews once the project is complete.
