Uploading Photos & Videos

You can upload photos and short video clips directly to your portfolio to show off your work. We recommend uploading:

High-resolution images
Work that reflects your main services
A variety of shots to showcase your range

Organizing Your Portfolio

For easier browsing, organize your work into Albums by service type (weddings, real estate, headshots, etc.). This helps clients quickly find the work that’s most relevant to their needs.

Media Storage Limits

Verified Pros receive increased storage to upload and deliver more media to clients.
Standard free accounts have a limited amount of media storage.

Delivering Media to Clients

After completing a project, you can upload photos and videos directly to the client’s order. They’ll receive a notification and can download the final files from their client dashboard.

Watermark your work if needed, but keep it professional.
